Privacy
JigsawPlay creates an anonymous player using a random identifier for this app installation. No phone hardware identifier or sign-in is needed for the anonymous player profile. The server stores a keyed hash of the identifier, app version, last-seen time and subscription status. You can play as a guest without signing in. If you choose Google sign-in, we verify your Google identity and store your Google subject hash, email and display name. Your saved puzzle arrangements, collected pictures, earned gems, bonus hints and daily history sync to your account so you can resume on another device. Device settings remain on your device. The server also records anonymous activity such as puzzle starts, progress, completion, play time, hints and advertisement interactions to understand how the app is used. You can disable usage analytics in Settings. Coin rewards are recorded on the server.
Optional Plus subscriptions use Google Play. The server verifies purchases with Google, encrypts purchase tokens, and records expiry and a one-time bonus. The app does not receive payment card details. Some pictures may require coins or Plus; each theme and collection has a free entry picture. Google AdMob provides optional rewarded advertisements. Plus removes these advertisements. In production, Google may process advertising identifiers and device information according to your consent and its privacy policy.
The hosting service receives ordinary request details including your IP address. Public artwork may be generated by an administrator and reviewed before publication; players do not send AI prompts.
Settings → Delete local progress clears local puzzles and earned rewards. It does not cancel subscriptions. Manage subscriptions through Google Play. Installation credentials are excluded from Android backups and uninstalling removes them; contact support for purchase recovery after reinstalling or changing devices.
For anonymous-profile deletion or purchase recovery, contact Support with your Google account email when signed in, or your anonymous installation information. Billing records required for verification and fraud prevention may need to be retained.
When Share play statistics is enabled, Google Analytics for Firebase collects app usage and app-instance information. Turn it off in the app Settings to stop analytics collection. Firebase Analytics advertising identifier collection and ad personalization are disabled.
